SIS在加州，按照加州的法律18岁以下的都是child，只要你不写是18岁以下就行。
a "child" is anyone under 18, unless he/she is an emancipated minor or involved in lawful conduct between spouses when either or both of the individuals are under 18
“儿童”指任何十八岁以下的人，除非他/她是独立的未成年人（经济独立且监护人同意）或者合法结婚

根据美国的Child Pornography Prevention Act
‘child pornography‘ means any visual depiction, including any photograph, film, video, picture, or computer or computer-generated image or picture

法律禁止的是与视觉有关的，传统漫画以及电脑生成的图像自然是属于被禁止对象，但是在这部法律中找不到任何与novel，fiction，essay，text，story有关的文本，由此来看应该是不禁止文学描写

不过最好有个在美国学法的狼友来权威解释下，我这半吊子法学水平+渣英语实在是弱爆了

儿童色情在西方是高压线，即使是文学作品也是不能轻易触碰的，从Lolita这部非常优秀的小说一开始也在美国被禁止出版就能看出

禁止兽X主要是从保护动物权利出发的

任何与动物的性接触都足以引发刑事指控

性虐待动物是轻罪，最高六个月监禁，1000美元罚金

从以上来看是禁止现实中的行为，照片和视频无疑是违法的，根据这个立法精神二次元的应该不是违法的
